Domestic Shipping Each order is prepared with intention and care. We currently ship within the United States. Please allow 2–4 business days for your selection to be prepared and packaged before it begins its journey to you.

Arrivals & Transit Issues

Damages In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please include photos of both the damaged item and the outer packaging.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first. Casa Amaranthine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Address Changes Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We are happy to update your address as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
